Position Description Typical work performed includes drafting petitions motions court hearings trial prep evidentiary hearings and witness preparation.
Position Qualifications Candidate must have the following skills written and oral communication organization and record keeping attention to detail ability to work independently adept at managing and completing several simultaneous projects ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints possess good judgment in making decisions and be creative in solving problems charisma and people skills.
Experience in real estate law family law or litigation is a plus.
The candidate should have prior experience with motion practice drafting and responding to discovery requests depositions and trials.
Candidate must currently be licensed to practice in Utah.
Pay is DOE.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
