Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Real Estate Development Manager.
In this position you will play an essential role in managing the acquisition entitlement construction and disposition of a variety of real estate investments.
You will work with the executive management to ensure that the overall business plan and objectives are achieved by establishing and growing strategic relationships with local governments brokers land sellers and other stake holders in the market.
The Land Team is fast paced with a deadline driven and successoriented culture.
This role will be based out of our current corporate office in West Valley City UT.
Responsibilities Requirements Benefits.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
