Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Vice President of Land and InHouse Counsel.
In this position you will play an essential role in managing the acquisition entitlement construction and disposition of a variety of real estate investments.
Additionally you will be a member of the Executive Team who coordinates with outside counsel and internal management with contract review risk analysis corporate governance employment law and other legal matters as needed.
Primary responsibilities will be You will work with the executive management to ensure that the overall business plan and objectives are achieved by establishing and growing strategic relationships with local governments brokers land sellers and other stake holders in the market.
The Land Team is fastpaced with a deadline driven and success oriented culture.
This role will be based out of our current corporate office in West Valley City UT.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
