Real Estate Fulfillment Team Member/ Coach
We are looking for a Fulfillment Team Member Coach with extensive Real Estate knowledge and hands on experience in assisting aspiring real estate investors.
This position requires you to walk clients through live real estate contracts give tips to negotiate on properties howwhere to find good deals what funding options are available based on their situations how to find and negotiate with contractors etc.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE INTERNAL TRAINING on these topics.
You will need to have real estate knowledge and experience beyond for example just being an agent or a contractor.
Wealth partners with clients members on flips and helps fund their deals after which we manage the rehab.
We have an extensive clientele with a one of a kind offer and built a reputation as trendsetter and leader in the funding and PropTech industry.
People with coaching or mentoring backgrounds typically due very well in the position.
Part of the interview is an extensive knowledge evaluation.
