Associate Attorney (Corporate)
Kirton McConkie a large Salt Lake City law firm is seeking an associate attorney to work in its Corporate practice group.
Qualified candidates will have years of experience in one or more of the followingareas mergers and acquisitions securities and corporate finance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in preparingmerger agreementsstock and asset purchase agreements andor private placement memoranda and SEC filings.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials demonstrate a commitment to ethics be highly motivated and hardworking and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Candidates must also have experience working in the corporatebusinesssecurities group of a large law firm and be a member of the Utah Bar or be willing to take the Utah Bar.
If not currently a member of the Utah Bar applicants must be a member of the Bar of another U.

state.
A book of business is not required.
