CLE Events & Outreach Coordinator
Arrange logistics and collaborative planning for CLE and Utah State Bar events usually hours to multiple days in length.
Events include annual conventions lawrelated community celebrations Law Day Constitution Day and educational outreach in schools.
Assist Director and Education Specialist with basic administrative matters and with correspondence to memberscommunity regarding events and policies.
Facilitate Bar members and community members registering for events andor with inquiries.
Assist speakers or guests with travel materials for presentationsZoom readiness and other logistics for joining a CLE andor Utah State Bar event.
Follow up on assignments from correspondence written email and telephone for and general administrative duties as assigned by the Director.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
