Office Manager
Do you enjoy talking to people on the phone and in person working on several very different projects at once being organized and the go to person for keeping the company in order We are a small business growing quickly and looking for this person to join our team to take us to the next level.
The company installs overhead garage storage racks and we also rent property.
You will be in charge of answering incoming calls about our garage storage racks making follow up calls scheduling appointments and the administration for the business.
As we are also involved in renovating and leasing homes youll be the point of contact for tenants and the administration behind renting property.
You can expect to be able to work from home for much of the week you will need to be based in Salt Lake County to be able to go to several appointments each week.
Bonus We are flexible about the hours you work but ask that you are mostly available to answer calls Monday Friday ampm.
