Commercial Real Estate Intern
Commercial real estate brokerage firm located in Salt Lake City seeks an experienced enthusiastic responsive reliable and independent parttime Intern.
The ideal candidate for this position is a current college student or undergrad interested in a career in commercial real estate.
Responsibilities include Providing ongoing sales support for active brokerage team.
Conduct company tenant and industry specific research with direct contact to local businesses.
Participate in marketing outreach projects and events.
Update and audit information in database systems.
Assist with marketing projects to include collaborating on collateral materials website LinkedIn posts blog posts etc.
A successful candidate must be highly organized and detail oriented have excellent verbal and written communication skills be a selfstarter and be able to work independently have a professional demeanor and outgoing personality and any sales experience is a plus.
Candidate must also have a reliable vehicle that they can use on a regular basis during their tasks.
Schedule can be somewhat flexible between the hours of am and pm Monday Wednesday and Friday accruing hours a week.
Competitive hourly pay.
