Answering phones returning calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Touring prospective residents through the community and processing applications.
Ability to discuss and answer questions regarding lease terms and policies.
Understanding and following Fair Housing Laws at all times is an absolute requirement.
MultiFamily Housing and Tax Credit experience preferred.
Fulltime position with benefits Saturdays and most Holidays are required.
We are closed Independance Day Thanksgiving Christmas Day and New Years Day all other holidays include limited hours Must be dependable pass a drug test credit and criminal back ground.
