THE POSITION Were looking for a solid individual with good experience working with computers and interacting with people who is organized loves challenges and is eager to gain new skills.
Pay for this position starts at hour DOE.
JOB SUMMARY Responsible for directing commercial property preservation and inspection orders to independently contracted nationwide contractors to secure repair and maintain commercial real estate.
Responsible for following up with contractors to ensure their work orders are performed quickly and to the clients specifications.
Responsible for translating and data entering detailed results and uploading documentsphotos related to work performed by the independent contractors.
Responsible for invoicing CAP client for work performed and for directing payment to independent contractor for the work performed.
WHERE ARE WE CAP is located in the heart of South Salt Lake right off of I and State Street.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
