Property Maintenance Manager

Coordination of maintenance work orders communication of maintenance activity to tenants and Landlords organization and driver of productivity of the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintains propertys building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
Including but not limited to taskwork order creation supervising vendors and maintenance technicians and communication with tenants and landlords throughout the repair process.
Highpaced approach to work orders to maximize volume efficiency and costeffectiveness.
Emergency response and coordination of repairs.
Clear and quick responses through communication channels and calendar scheduling for daily effectiveness.
Review of maintenance performance for quality and summary of efforts.
Value added to maintenance performed and recommendation to Landlords for additional services.
Provides data to Finance Manager for tracking analyzing and summarizing data and reporting.
Hiring mentoring and management of maintenance team.
Execution of all timesensitive maintenance at all properties such as scheduling and monitoring landscaping sprinkler setup and repairs winterization and snow removal.
Networking of quality maintenance vendors for outside support.
Hosting of weekly department meetings strategizing for growth with Director of Operations.
Regularly seeking and receiving positive google reviews for department efforts.
Other responsibilities as per the manager.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
