Front Office Manager

We are looking to hire an energetic and professional Front Office Manager that will ensure that our office operates smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone that will provide all our customers with friendly and helpful customer service.
This individual will need to be a fast learner that can understand the industry and master the job requirements to guarantee maximum productivity.
They will also need to be able to work alone and complete complex administrative and office tasks in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will be able to work at our office every day during operational hours Monday Friday AM to PM with minimal disruption.
Prior office administration experience and proficiency in computer software are required to be successful in this position.
This position involves sitting working with computers and other office equipment and does not include people management.
Delivering WorldClass Service to our Customers Overseeing general office operations Greeting visitors and answering incoming phone calls Collecting reviewing entering and storing sensitive data files Coordinating meetings and managing office calendars.
Maintaining proper stock levels of office supply needs High School Diploma or equivalent Years of experience in office administration Years of experience in customer service front desk preferred Excellent communication and computer skills Proficient with Office Software Multitasking and organizational skills Detailoriented Selfstarter able to work with minimal supervision Benefits Competitive Wages Health Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
