Business Support Manager Duties: The ITSO will leverage their deep knowledge of their business processes and related applications, to engage themselves and their team in all phases of the application development lifecycle (e.g., requirements gathering, analysis, design, test, implementation, and support), test and train end-users on new applications, features, or fixes, and provide support to business teams for troubleshooting and solution services.
